Refund policy

A 30-day return policy applies. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at kimmidoll.japan@yujin-corporation.com. Returns must be shipped to the following address: 530-0043, 3-12-8 Tenma, Kita-ku, Osaka, Japan.

If your return is accepted, please prepare the shipping label and send the item back to us freight collect. (A return label is not included.) Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the full amount including shipping costs will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

※Regarding Returns Due to Refusal of Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to refusal of delivery, and you do not request reshipment, we will refund the amount minus the shipping fee. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
