We are pleased to inform you that shipping to the United States has resumed as of April 21, following the reopening of our shipping carrier’s services.

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, orders shipped to the United States are required to have customs duties and import-related fees paid in advance.

To prevent unexpected charges or delivery issues upon arrival, our store collects all applicable duties and fees at the time of checkout.

As a result, no additional customs duties or fees will be charged at the time of delivery.

• The amount of customs duties is determined based on the order details and the shipping address (including state and ZIP code).
• If the shipping address is incomplete or missing required information, customs duties may not be calculated correctly.
• Changes or adjustments to shipping methods or customs charges cannot be accommodated after an order has been placed.

To provide a safer and smoother shopping experience for our EU customers,
we have introduced the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system.
IOSS is a VAT pre-collection scheme that applies to products shipped to the EU valued at €150 or below.

Until now, customers were often required to pay VAT and customs handling fees upon delivery, which sometimes caused unexpected costs or delays.
With IOSS, the prices shown on product pages and at checkout already include VAT, and for orders under €150, no VAT payment is required upon delivery.

※ For orders exceeding €150, IOSS does not apply, and VAT or other import charges may still be required upon receipt.
※ As of March 27, orders are shipped via EMS, and depending on postal conditions or customs procedures in each EU country, local postal handling fees may occur.
We will gradually transition to more suitable carriers such as DHL, in line with customer needs and regional requirements.
