VAT / Duty and Extra Charges for Shipments to France

Please note the following when shipping to France via Chronopost:

・In addition to the product price, you may be charged import VAT, customs duty, customs-clearance fees, or delivery fees by Chronopost upon import into France. Because these costs are outside the control of Japan Post (the sender), we cannot charge them in advance.

・As a result, customers in France sometimes find that even small orders end up costing more than expected after these additional charges.

We kindly ask that you consider the possibility of such extra costs — not only the “product price + shipping fee” — when placing your order.
