★How to Use a Coupon

Regarding re-shipment of products returned due to an extended absence or refusal to accept the delivery, we will only do so after you have transferred the necessary costs, including shipping and packaging materials.

Please note that any bank transfer fees associated with payment will be borne by the customer.

If we are unable to confirm the transfer to the designated account within the deadline, we will refund the amount after offsetting necessary expenses.
In this case, please note that we will not be able to resend the product.

If you are unable to receive your ordered items due to refusal to accept them for personal reasons or due to an extended absence, we may be forced to restrict your use of this website.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a return up to 30 days after receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned prior to your return request will not be accepted.

■ Damage and problems
Please inspect your items upon receipt of your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and address it appropriately.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including perishable items ( e.g. food, flowers, plants ) , customized items ( e.g. special orders, personalized items ) , and personal care items ( e.g. beauty products ) . We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions about a specific product, please contact us.

■ We regret that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and purchase a new item separately once your return has been accepted.

The European Union's 14 -day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without having to provide a justification. As above, but the goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds
You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. You will also be notified if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund and pay you.

<Cases where returns or exchanges cannot be accepted>

  • Requests based on customer preferences, such as the product being different from what was expected or the order being incorrect
  • If you have already used
  • Products that have become dirty, scratched, smelly, or damaged while in the customer's possession
  • If the product (including accessories and packaging) is returned to us in a condition that is significantly different from when it was delivered

We try to reproduce the product images displayed on the shop page as accurately as possible to the actual product, but please note that the texture and color may appear slightly different depending on your viewing environment such as your device or monitor.

*If you wish to return the product, we will contact you with the method specified by our store, so please use that method.
*The maximum refund will be the amount you paid plus return shipping costs.
*Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for price reductions or free provision of products due to defects.
